These are the required fields for "My contact" workflows hooks:

firstname: required, string, min:2, max 256
lastname : required, string, min:2, max 256
email: required, email
company:  string, min:3, max: 256
position: string, min:3, max: 256
linkedin_profile_url: string

For company Webhook for now there is only 1 field:

name: required, string, min:2, max: 256

If you use Zapier it is important that: Post type should be json
